Description:

Lamington volcano has 2 seismic sensors installed at the Kendata outstation site and some killometers away from the Lamington volcano. 12 volt computer systems support the operation of each instrument. Seismic data from monitoring stations are continuously relayed back to RVO via digicel cellular internet for further work for further work. Visual observation reports are usually given daily by an observer stationed near the site.
